The perfect venue for your party
At Maison Mariette, you can choose from various packages as a party and event venue for all kinds of activities: family or corporate parties, association events, baby showers, funeral receptions, a small concert under the hangar, … You rent the venue from us and take care of the decoration, catering arrangements, equipment rental, and clean-up afterward yourself. Drawing on our experience, we're of course happy to think along with you!
Our party spaces
Party in The Stables
Our cozy indoor space of 60 m² is perfect for intimate parties and gatherings. Depending on the package, you can host up to 25 guests for a seated dinner and up to 40 guests for a walking dinner or reception. The space is equipped with TV screens, sound amplification, and wifi, so you can also arrange presentations or background music. In good weather, the adjoining 45 m² terrace offers extra room for another 20 to 30 guests. For your party, you can make use of a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and coffee machine, including everything you need for cooking, baking, and roasting.
Party at Den Buiten
Our outdoor spaces create the ideal setting for an atmospheric garden party. The Hangar (50 m²) provides shelter and is equipped with electricity, wifi, a sound system with microphones, and patio heaters. Depending on the package, you can host up to 20 guests here for a seated dinner and up to 35 guests for a walking dinner or reception. The terrace (45 m²) and the garden also offer room for expansion with tables and tents, allowing you to host parties here for up to 100 guests. For extra coziness, there's a fire pit, games, and romantic corners. Tables, chairs, and tents can easily be rented through our regular suppliers.
Party in La Mariette
Want the full experience? Then choose our La Mariette Full Option package and combine The Stables and Den Buiten into one large party venue. With room for up to 130 guests indoors and outdoors, access to the fully equipped kitchen, the covered hangar, and the garden with fire pit and games, everything is there for an unforgettable party or event. We're happy to help you work out a tailored package, fully suited to your wishes.

Turn your party into a complete stay and enjoy a carefree night at Maison Mariette. We're happy to help organize your overnight stay perfectly.
Our house offers 4 atmospheric bedrooms with room for 10 guests and 3 bathrooms for optimal comfort. You can rent this upper floor for €390 per night (including bed linen, bath towels, and final cleaning).
Need extra sleeping space? We're happy to arrange a nearby B&B.
You can also camp on the grounds. You can rent a tipi tent for 8 people from us (€85), or bring your own tents.

Maison Mariette is located 2.9 km from the Boutersem exit (E40) and 4.7 km from Vertrijk station.
Leuven-Tienen cycle highway 5 km away, bike storage available.
6 parking spaces are available on-site. For larger groups, you can use the De Velpe parking area, 650 m away. Electric charging is available at both locations. If the De Velpe parking area is full, you can use the carpool parking in Boutersem (2.9 km away). Upon request, we can help arrange a taxi service to and from these parking areas.

Guests say…
With our youth wind band, we organized a pancake concert at Maison Mariette, and it was a huge success! Our 30-strong youth orchestra played under the hangar, while around 80 guests enjoyed themselves in the spacious garden and on the terrace. The layout is perfect: the large kitchen made it easy to prepare the pancakes smoothly, everyone found a spot inside or outside, and afterwards many people stayed on to chat over a drink. An absolute must for your event!
For Christmas, we headed to Maison Mariette with the whole family. This was the best Christmas ever! The house was beautifully decorated for the holidays. In the spacious kitchen, we could cook together while the youngsters played games in one of the seating areas. After a lovely dinner at the big long table, where the whole family could sit together, the grandparents could go to bed while the rest of the family enjoyed lingering at the table in the living room. In this atmospheric, authentic building, where everything you need is on hand and everything has just been renovated, we could truly be together as a family. Thanks, Lisa and co! It was wonderful!
With our clarinet quartet, we've found Maison Mariette to be the ideal spot for our rehearsals! The large space allows us to work on music in a pleasant atmosphere, in a setting that closely resembles the one we perform our concerts in. It's also a top location for a chamber music concert!
